Launch the Cashup Customer App on your mobile device. Within the app, locate and click on the Find Agent button. Ensure that your devices location services are enabled to allow the app to access your current location. Once location services are enabled, the app will display a map or list showcasing the closest Cashup agents in your vicinity. Review the displayed options and choose the agent that best suits your convenience.

You can receive a cash transfer from any Cashup account by merely giving the sender your mobile number. From there you will receive a reference code via your phone. You can then visit any Cashup agent with your identification card and reference code to receive the money
